How can you use energy of Spring to make some meaningful changes in your life?
It amazes me how often we are aware of the need and desire to break through our self-made barriers but it seems to take so long to step out of the comfort zone and begin the change. I myself know and tell myself I am going to get outside and walk. No reason why I can't at least walk driveway to driveway if that what it takes and increase distance as the habit sets in. But I always seem to walk too far ( 1mile or so) and then don't usually continue the pattern next day. Feels like I have all the puzzle pieces but can't seem to get them put together completely. Looking so forward to the day I will act on my self-care naturally without constant little self battles.
